Science Website

The science website assignment was a group assignment consisting of myself and five other individuals. The goal was to create an educational website that taught material to 5th grade students. Each group member chose a topic within science to develop and turn into a section on the website. While there was a lot of collaboration in the overall design of the website, we were allowed certain illustrative and design freedoms within our own sections to approach the material as we saw fit. I chose the topic of geology to develop further for the website (much thanks to my wonderful geology professor Dr. Scott Harris for inspiring this a few years after taking his course at GSU).

Unfortunately, the website we built is not currently live on the internet anymore, so I cannot showcase the site as a whole as developed by myself and my group mates, but I do have exports of my geology section I contributed to the group. The folder, logo, and paper placement of the website was consistent throughout all of the science sections. Because my group decided the website should utilize Parallax scrolling, my exports for the actual interfaces are static, and do not live properly within the scrollable frame (which ends at the edge of the notebook paper).
