Crews Middle School in Lawrenceville, Georgia commissioned me to do a freelance project for one of their after-school clubs called Broncobots. The purpose of the Broncobots after-school club was to get students interested in scientific engineering for the betterment of humanity; the Broncobots team competed in various competitions around the state in the Lego League, where students use robotic legos to engineer their technological designs.
Crews Middle School already has an established branding for the school, so it was important that the shirts accurately represented the school and visually looked like the school's existing spiritwear. Below is the t-shirt's front design; I took the school's existing pictorial logo and altered it so that the bronco mascot exhibited robotic qualities and appeared to be mechanical. The back of the design is not shown as it lists the names of minor-age students participating in the club.
